Q: Why did you want to start this kind of business?
A: My love for simplifying and streamlining and my desire to help others led me to create Happily Decluttered. I believe a clutter-free space can significantly improve one’s quality of life, and I’m dedicated to helping people achieve that goal.
Q: How did you get your start?
A: My passion for decluttering led me to create a blog where I could share my insights and advice. Through this platform, I gained a valuable understanding of the specific needs of my potential clients. Realizing the potential, I started to build my business one step at a time, using the help of SCORE and other small business owners.
Q: What does your business sell or provide?
A: I help people declutter to create more functional spaces. As part of my service, I take donations and sell items for my clients after each session.
Q: What is the biggest challenge you are facing right now?
A: I’m currently focused on finding software solutions that are tailored to my business and can integrate seamlessly.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do or place in Cumberland County?
A: I love living here in Cumberland County. My absolute favorite part is the West Shore Farmers Market. I can support local, connect with others and have a slow, stress-free morning all in one place.
