Through workshops, speaking engagements, and strategic sessions, I teach practical skills that enable teams to collaborate more effectively, turn ideas into action, and create lasting momentum.

I spent over 20 years as a barber, where I learned firsthand how listening deeply, building trust, and reading people creates lasting connections. Those skills, the core of strong human relationships, now form the foundation of my work with professionals and teams.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Rhetoric from Shippensburg University and bring a human-first perspective to professional development. Over the years, I’ve translated insights from real-world relationships into actionable frameworks that anyone can use.

Most professionals were never taught how to build and maintain strong relationships yet collaboration, referrals, partnerships, and innovation almost always move through people. Relational intelligence is a skill, and it can be taught.
