Hi, I’m Rachel!
A life coach, barber, big-picture thinker, and someone who believes deeply in the power of a new chapter.
If there’s one thread running through everything I’ve done, it’s a love of what happens when we reimagine what’s possible. I’ve always been drawn to transformation. As a kid, I was either cutting hair or rearranging my bedroom — not because anything was broken, but because I loved seeing what was possible. A little tweak, a new angle, a fresh start. It fascinated me then, and it still does now. I’m driven by the belief that small changes can lead to big results — and I’m here to help you make those changes in your own life.
While earning a bachelor’s degree in speech communication, I developed a deep understanding of how powerful effective communication can be in shaping our relationships and our own perspectives. Through my studies, I learned that the right questions, combined with active listening, can open up possibilities for real transformation. It’s a skill I use every day to help people gain clarity and move forward with confidence.
Soon after completing my degree, I became a licensed barber — work I've done for over 20 years. Barbering taught me how to coach before I even knew that’s what I was doing. Behind the chair, I learned how to listen without rushing to fix, how to ask questions that go deeper, and how to hold space for people figuring things out. It was never just about the haircut — it was about the conversation, the clarity, the fresh perspective people walked away with.
Becoming a full-time homemaker soon after taught me that transformation doesn’t always happen in big, dramatic moments. Sometimes, it’s about the small, intentional decisions we make every day. It’s about creating room for change, even in the most familiar parts of our lives. By focusing on what truly mattered, I began to see how those choices laid the foundation for growth in all areas of my life.
During the pandemic, we made the choice as a family to downsize and move to a small town, significantly reducing our financial obligations. This decision was a one different question kind of moment — a shift in perspective that opened up new possibilities for how we could live. Originally, the vision was about transforming the house itself, taking a fixer-upper and turning it into something completely new. What I didn’t expect was how much it would transform our life. I found myself not only learning about renovation, but also how to connect with a community and build relationships. It reminded me that reimagining what’s possible isn’t just inspiring; it’s a tangible, practical reality and that’s exactly what I help people do.
Now, as a certified life coach, I guide people through their own transformations, big or small. Whether you’re shifting careers, navigating a life stage change, or simply feeling like “something more” is waiting for you, I create a space where you can reflect, clarify your direction, and take meaningful action toward the life you want.
I help you discover what’s holding you back, shift your mindset, and see the next step clearly. Through one-on-one coaching, group experiences, interactive workshops, and retreats, I provide the guidance and support you need to move forward with confidence. It’s not just about making a decision — it’s about making it happen.
If you’re ready to take action and create the life you’ve been envisioning, I’d love to help you get there.
